The limit ring can make the workpiece run in a predetermined position to prevent deviation and cause accidents.
3. Lifting machine
Mainly composed of upper and lower transmission, cylinder, belt, hopper and so on.
The upper and lower diameter pulleys of the hoist are welded into a polygonal structure by the ribs, the wheel plates and the wheel hub group to enhance the friction force, avoid the slip phenomenon and prolong the service life of the belt.
The hoist cover is bent and opened, and the cover on the middle of the hoist can be opened to repair the replacement hopper and the lap belt. Open the cover on the lower casing of the hoist to eliminate blockage of the bottom projectile.
Adjust the bolts on both sides of the upper casing of the hoist to drive the lower plate to maintain the tightness of the lifting belt.
The upper and lower pulleys are equipped with spherical spherical ball bearings, which can be automatically adjusted when subjected to vibration shock, and the sealing performance is good.
4. Separator
The screw conveyor is mainly composed of a geared motor, a screw shaft and a spiral shell.
The spherical ball bearing with a square seat is used, and the bearing can be automatically adjusted when subjected to vibration shock, and the sealing property is good.
5. Pilling pipeline
The pill pipe has a double control pill function, and a ram is arranged above each thyristor to cut off the projectiles from the separator respectively, so as to facilitate the maintenance of the respective blasting machine; the opening size of the ram can adjust the flow of the projectile, or Any combination of specifications for cleaning the workpiece, opening and closing the number of gates to save energy, reduce wear on the machine, and ensure that production needs are met.
6. Shot blasting machine
The use of single-disc blasting machine has become a perfect high-level blasting machine in China. It is mainly composed of a rotating mechanism, an impeller, a casing, a directional sleeve, a splitting wheel, a guard plate, etc., wherein the impeller is made of Cr40 material, and the blade, the directional sleeve, the splitting wheel and the guard plate are all made of high chromium.
7. Purge device
The device adopts a high-pressure fan, and a plurality of sets of elastic blowing nozzles with different angles are arranged in the auxiliary chamber portion of the chamber body, and the remaining projectiles on the surface of the workpiece are purged and cleaned.
8. Import and export seal
The workpiece inlet and outlet sealing device is made of rubber spring steel plate. In order to prevent the projectile from splashing out of the room during shot blasting, multiple reinforcing seals are arranged at the entrance and exit of the workpiece. The characteristics are strong elasticity, long service life and sealing effect. All good.
9. Dust removal system
Bag filter
The dust collector is mainly composed of a bag filter and a fan and a dust removal pipe. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.5%.
10. Electrical control
The electric control system adopts the conventional control to realize the control of the whole machine. It adopts the high-quality electrical components produced at home and abroad, which has the advantages of high reliability and convenient maintenance. The main circuit is short circuited and lacked phase of each motor by miniature circuit breaker and thermal relay. , overload protection. There are also several emergency stop switches to facilitate emergency shutdown and prevent accidents from expanding. Safety switches are provided on each access door of the cleaning room and the cleaning room. When any one of the access doors is opened, the blast machine cannot be started.
